About Pawioo

Pawioo is an online pet supplies store built by pet people. We started Pawioo because too many pet products are either overpriced brand-name basics or cheaply made novelties that fall apart in a week. We look for the sensible middle: thoughtfully designed, fairly priced essentials that genuinely make life with a dog or cat easier.

Our range focuses on five everyday needs — grooming, feeding and enrichment, play, walking and travel, and keeping a pet-friendly home clean. Before a product earns a place in our store, we check its materials, sizing accuracy and real-world usefulness, and we write our own product descriptions so you know exactly what you are getting.

Questions about a product or an order? Email us any time at [email protected] — a real person will get back to you within one business day.
