Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times and rates (United States)

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after dispatch — flat rate $4.99 per order
Free Shipping: orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping

Delivery estimates are business days and begin when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves our fulfilment partner’s facility.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes for most items. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Damaged, lost or delayed orders

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
